Empath Support Tools – Release Overwhelm


As empaths we are highly sensitive and our nervous systems are affected more intensely than other people’s. Managing overwhelm and staying in a calm state are necessary, daily practices and require that we develop a certain awareness and skills so we can stay functional and present in our world. This meditation is designed to be one of your go-to self-care tools.

In order to manage overwhelm and reset our nervous system back to its ground state, there are a variety of practices this guided meditation will take you through. These tools are designed to be used daily, either alone or in combination, so that stress and the barrage of stimuli in your environment don’t back up on you. Releasing the charge from your energy body and nervous system will give you new access to peace, calm, presence, clarity and focus.
