Your comfort zone is a psychological state of being. In your comfort zone, you feel safe and stress-free. Why break out of your comfort zone? Because just on the other side you can accomplish your goals and make your dreams a reality.
Forgive yourself, as you try something new and out of your comfort zone. No one is perfect and remember you are learning. Part of learning is falling down and getting back up!
